NY State Police Claim No File on ACT UP

Seems very suspicious, considering the numerous times ACT UP/New York demonstrated and members were arrested in Albany, especially when Democrat Mario Cuomo occupied the governor's office and he and his administration weren't spending enough money for AIDS patients, that the state police claim to have nothing on the group in their archive. Don't you think they'd have something on ACT UP?

This letter arrived in today's mail.
